marci menu for march 16-21st.
(not as good as yours, i will be trying yours next week :)
Tuesday- salmon, quinoa, asparigus
wed-baked pototoes with lentils and all the topping
thursday-speghetti and salad
friday-chicken parmeson with red pototoes and salad
sat- beef strognoff
sun-cheese and tomato quesadilla

yours looks delicious, and so much more healthier than mine! I think i'll do yours next week!! I just had the Taco Bell chalup (i know, i'm going out of order), and it is deep fried, too fattening, but OH SO GOOD!! What is your Chicken parmesan recipe?
